- No chargeable repair work begins without customer approval.
- Parts, replacement devices, paid software, specialist work, data-recovery attempts, third-party charges, and extended travel are separate unless included in writing.
- A free diagnostic does not guarantee that a device can be repaired.
No Fix, No Pay on Eligible Repair Labor
If Perqline cannot complete the approved eligible repair or agreed improvement, the applicable repair labor is not charged.
Labor-policy limits
- The policy applies only to eligible repair labor.
- Approved parts, travel, specialist fees, data-recovery attempts, third-party charges, and separately completed work are not automatically waived.
- A completed approved repair may still be chargeable when a separate unrelated problem remains.
- The policy does not guarantee that every device is repairable.
