Support terms

Support plan expectations.

These support terms are a practical public summary, not legal advice. They should be reviewed before a broad paid support-plan launch.

Activation

Memberships become active only after payment is confirmed and any required setup or review is complete. Monthly plans include a one-time activation fee; yearly plans have no activation fee.

Covered labor

Support plans include unlimited eligible remote labor by appointment within the selected plan scope. Covered labor depends on plan type and covered device approval.

Non-covered work

Parts, hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, third-party fees, onsite work, data recovery, large projects, new builds, custom websites, software, bots, Minecraft, or Discord builds are separate unless included in writing.

Scheduling

Support is appointment-based. Calls are handled based on availability, and faster-turnaround requests are not guaranteed.

Remote access and device management

Remote support, RMM, patching, protection, or device management tools require authorization and setup review. Device enrollment may be required for Business Care or Managed Care.

Backups and data

Customers are responsible for backups and important data unless a written scope says otherwise. Some troubleshooting can carry data or downtime risk.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, renewal, refund, and partial-refund expectations should be reviewed and strengthened before broad paid launch. Stripe handles subscription billing mechanics.
