Request information

Service requests may include name, email, selected service, selected needs, project or support details, and status history. This information is used to review and follow up on requests.

Payment information

Stripe handles support plan checkout and payment details. Perqline does not store card numbers in this website.

Email and logs

Resend handles request and status emails. Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Stripe may keep operational logs needed to run the site and diagnose issues.

Remote support access

Remote support or device management tools are reviewed before use. Access should be authorized, scoped, and removed or adjusted when it is no longer appropriate.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details, or private credentials through public forms. Share access details only through an agreed support process.

These privacy notes are a practical starting point and should be strengthened before broader paid support-plan rollout.
