What unlimited eligible labor means

Support plans include unlimited eligible remote labor by appointment within the scope of your selected plan. That means you can request covered help without paying a separate labor charge each time. Parts, hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, third-party fees, onsite work, large projects, new builds, and out-of-scope work may be quoted or billed separately.

How per-device coverage works

Support plan pricing is per covered device. A covered device is the approved computer or workstation attached to the plan. Businesses with multiple computers can add additional covered devices during checkout or request a custom setup.

Business Care and Managed Care may use approved device management, remote support, or protection tooling after setup review.

Some support plan features may require approved remote support or device management tools.

Perqline will review the setup before anything is installed or enabled.

Device enrollment may be required for Business Care or Managed Care.

Access and tooling are confirmed before support begins.
